Hi

My Question is can we import excel file data in to splunk

Can you convert it into CSV format ? If so , then you will be able to index it quite easily.

I have the same question. We can import the data in splunk. But it does not show results as it is supposed to show.

As Damien said, if you save the file as a csv, SPLUNK can read it and index it. CSV is simply a comma seperated value file, ie a text file. What do you mean "But it does not show results as it is supposed to show."?
